SoTech - GO Bag

Hello,

here's a little review on the Sotech Go bag:

What I liked in that bag:

- single sling back (for urban carry)

- average volume

- not cumbersome

First thing I did when I received it is removing the tag saying "beware special force bad" or something like that on the side.

Second removing all the zipper pulls that were rattling and replacing them by paracord cobra knots plus another one on the handle... Easy to do and make you store some cord on the bag.

First 2 pics shows the bag on me (sorry for the poor lighting)

Second sequence is the model, the pouches and their content

In the 3 big pockets a pair of Hatch gloves on top, a first aid kit in the middle with some paracord and a mini survival kit on the bottom

On top emergency first aid gear (gloves, compressive bandage, tourniquet, scissors, triangular bandage, simple emergency blanket)

The central compartment was empty because I wanted to use it to carry groceries, clothes, shopping items...

I used it several time downtown and once for a day of outdoor training.

Final word:

The bag is well made. There's a good relation between its volume and the fact that it's a single sling model. It's easy to carry.

BUT it didn't fit my need at all... Because even if it's internal compartment is really nice to store supple (like clothing) or narrow items, you cannot even fit a single DVD except diagonal. So for an all around urban bag he didn't made it for me and I got rid of it...

Best regards,

Rod
